With a purpose of educating the new generation on climate change and REDD in relation to Indigenous Peoples and local community, a twenty credit hours local curriculum on ‘Climate Change REDD and Indigenous Peoples’ has been implemented in the schools of Lamjung district to integrate it into the Social Studies curriculum. It is planned to be implemented in many schools of other districts in Nepal.
