National Training for Indigenous Leaders and Resource Persons

NEFIN Climate Change Partnership Program conducted two national refresher trainings for indigenous leaders and resource persons in 2015. These training were held in different time places namely one in Kathamdnu and 1 Pokhara, in September 7-8, 2015, and March 15-17 respectively. The key objective of the trainings was to share national and global updates on climate change, REDD+ and the issues of indigenous peoples to indigenous leaders, resource persons of the communities. Altogether 75 participants including 40 men and 34 women from 30 different indigenous communities participated the training.
